Taste Sells: Briess shows how specialty whole
grain ingredients can help at IFT Food Expo

June 9, 2005 -- Whole grains deliver a heap of health benefits, but it takes whole grain foods that taste good to deliver repeat sales. Briess Malt & Ingredients Company will demonstrate how specially processed whole grain ingredients can help improve the flavor, color, texture or processing of many foods at booth #5010 at the 2005 IFT Food Expo in New Orleans by offering free samples of baked goods made with their specialty whole grain ingredients.
