Briess Malted Milk Powder is a natural sweetener with a rich malty flavor and aroma. It creates creamy mouthfeel in beverages. Briess Malted Milk Powder is manufactured in a fully automated plant using only Briess malted barley, wheat flour, milk, bicarbonate of soda and salt.
