Briess Products - Tapioca Maltodextrins
Tapioca Maltodextrins - Organic and Conventional
Features & Benefits | Functionality | Applications | Packaging | Product Info
Organic food and beverage developers have an expanded range of formulating options with Organic BriesSweet™ Tapioca Maltodextrins. Organic and conventional BriesSweet™ Tapioca Maltodextrins are produced from pure tapioca starch using a natural enzymatic process. Because they are agglomerated powders, they have improved flow, increased dispersability and dissolve easily. The photo on the right compares the dispersion of Organic BriesSweet™ Tapioca Maltodextrin (glass on the right) compared to a non-agglomerated tapioca maltodextrin (glass on the left), both stirred after 20 minutes in water.
