Briess Malt Extracts are all-natural, flavorful, nondiastatic (enzyme inactive) grain sweeteners that enhance the wholesome goodness of finished foods and beverages. Briess is the only vertically integrated malting company in North America, which means we make our malt extracts from our own malts for total quality control from beginning to end. We produce several classes of Malt Extracts in a fully automated, FPA-audited plant in the U.S.A. including Standard Malt Extracts, Specialty and Black Malt Extracts, and Coextracts of Malt and Other Cereal Grains.
